Little Marcel Needs a Fresh Start

Marcel is a super sweet and playful 11-month-old puppy with a beautiful merle coat and brown eyes. This poor boy was surrendered by his owners due to no fault of his own - his owners no longer had the time or money to take care of him. When they surrendered him, Marcel was not in the best shape - he was only 12 pounds, missing pounds of hair, and was scared and confused at being dropped off in a strange place away from the only home he knew. His has been getting nursed back to health - he’s put on weight, been treated for the suspected flea allergy which caused his hair loss, and he’s now ready to go to a rescue so he can find his forever home.
