Marci is a petite, pretty, brown, black, and white Chihuahua mix that was found wandering alone by animal control and brought to a rural Virginia shelter. Although we do not know about her past, this 12.6-pound, 2-year gal is seemingly very sweet and ready to give and receive all of the love.
