As you may know, I am a proud supporter of the Colorado Haiti Project, an organization with a 30 year history of supporting locally-led initiatives in rural Haiti. I have been a volunteer with CHP since May 2019, and recently joined the Associate Board. I was hoping to make my first trip to Haiti with a group this June 2020, but due to obvious reasons, the trip has been cancelled. I am determined to make it down to Haiti ASAP!
As we'll all be staying inside over these weeks, please consider joining my virtual table, at the Evening for Haiti - Online Event, April 26, 5 pm (MT). More details at coloradohaitiproject.org/eveningforhaiti
Haiti will need our support more than ever in the coming year, and this event can make a life-changing difference for families in Haiti. If you can support with a gift, be it $5 or $500, I will be grateful! That said, it is FREE to register and attend the Evening for Haiti Online event, and I would love to have you there as part of my virtual table! Please tune in for the event, we'd love to introduce you to a group of extraordinary Haitian leaders, health workers, farmers, families, and students.
*Note - if you want to support my table goal but donate by check or other manner, this is possible, just let me know!
