Marvelous Ms. Mable Needs a Fresh Start

Mable is an absolutely beautiful, petite, 2-year-old Yorkie rescue that has unfortunately probably not had the best living situation. She was rescued from an elderly backyard breeder in Puerto Rico who decided they were done with the breeding business. A flight volunteer will be bringing her this week, but both that and her upcoming vet care will be costly, and we need help to cover it.
