Max's Continue The Legacy Fundraiser

This December 1st is #GivingTuesday, a worldwide day of giving to help support those in need. Please contribute to the Ben D. Johnson Educational Center during this day that brings communities together.

The Ben D. Johnson Educational Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Natchitoches Louisiana. Their mission is to build community in Natchitoches and give access to social and economic success for all its residents. 

The BDJ Center’s primary program is the Legacy Youth Workforce Development Program that teaches 17-24-year old’s workforce training, team building and life skills. Although in a culinary training environment, after graduation, the participants are equipped for entry level positions in many industries.  The training they receive prepares them for job placement so they can lead independent lives.

My Connection

This Center is so important for Natchitoches. I have seen first hand the changes in the students that go there and learn from these hardworking and dedicated people. I have volunteered there many times and my wife even works there. We have given many hours to to the BDJ Center because we believe in its mission and its people.
