An animal control officer in rural Virginia investigated a situation with multiple dogs and puppies. The ACO found the dogs in truly devastating conditions, and convinced the owner it was the right things to do to surrender the dogs. Mickey and Marvin are just 2 of these dogs that were surrendered from this home. These 3 month old puppies are now in a rural shelter, risking their health and wellness and are in need of an IMMEDIATE transport out. Please help us get these puppies out of the shelter into a loving foster home ASAP.
