The Well Community Development Corporation presents Middlebury Fix-It!
Middlebury Fix-It! asks community members to help restore a Middlebury home. Our goal is to raise $27,000 to complete the restoration! Renovations will be made to the exterior, basement, living room, dining room, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and attic.
Restoring Housing is a priority for The Well in effort to create:
- Affordable housing prices and quality homes.
- Long-term options for current residents.
- A community that has the ability to decide for itself.
Currently, 25% of our Middlebury neighbors owns their home. One determinant of a healthy neighborhood is home ownership rates at 60-70%. The Well sees the potential to reverse this trend by providing healthy pathways to homeownership and rental opportunities. www.thewellakron.com
