When I was in high school, I struggled to learn the material for the AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism course; it just seemed like a random assortment of information. After watching Dr. Walter Lewin's 8.02: Electricity & Magnetism course on MIT OpenCourseWare, it all became clear, and I ended up scoring a 5 (the highest possible score) on the exam. Since then, I have been a huge fan of OpenCourseWare and want to do whatever I can to support it.
It costs $3.5 million a year to run OpenCourseWare, and only about half of that money comes from MIT. The rest comes from donors. Make a contribution today!
