Our friendship was born through hard CrossFit workouts and encouragement in lifting each other up. The 21st century woman embodies the strength and femininity of a Modern Warrior even in a society where 37% of Coloradans experience domestic violence and 1 in 3 some form of sexual abuse.  We are proud to be part of Runway for Rise : to empower women.
