Giving Tuesday 2025

Mom2Mom Virginia is a volunteer-led nonprofit based in Culpeper, Virginia, dedicated to making sure no parent has to choose between buying diapers and paying their electric bill. Founded in 2020 by local mom and community advocate Kirstan Knipple, Mom2Mom began as a simple Facebook page connecting families to resources during the pandemic. Today, it has grown into a trusted lifeline for families across Northern Central Virginia.

Each month, we provide diapers, wipes, formula, and feminine hygiene products to 60–90 families, ensuring babies have what they need to stay healthy, dry, and safe. Since opening our doors, we’ve distributed over 100,000 diapers, thousands of essential baby items, and have partnered with schools, clinics, pediatricians, and community agencies to offer wraparound support for families facing hard times.

Mom2Mom is powered entirely by compassion — volunteers, community partners, and donors who believe that every baby deserves a strong start and every parent deserves support, dignity, and hope.
