Brave Moxie Needs Immediate Medical Care

Moxie is a black, white, and grey, 9-month-old Shih Tzu mix.  This precious girl was bred in a basement and  then sold to a friend - who no longer wanted her and returned her to the breeder.  The family that bred her is currently going through a difficult time, and the home is not safe. Kind samaritans have stepped in and have been trying to remove the dog from the home, but need a place for her to go. It appears that she has most likely never been to a vet and needs immediate medical attention.
