I'm running the Oakland Marathon on March 17, 2024 and I will be raising funds for Running for a Better Oakland (RBO), a nonprofit organization that encourages K-12 Oakland students to develop healthy lifestyles through running.
RBO mentors not only help kids achieve running goals, it often leads to them believing that they can achieve other worthy goals as well. RBO provides weekly practices, race entries, and shoes at no cost to students!
With your gift, you help us bring another meaningful running season to our community. Your support goes a long way towards forging a strong community of young runners in Oakland and instilling a sense of balance and self confidence to RBO students of all ages!
