Mr. Potato is at a crowded shelter and needs someone who truly loves carbs... we mean cats to help him out. He spends his day in a cage, looking longingly at all of the fun he could have if he could just run around. He just needs someone to take a chance on him. We're ready to pick him and set him up for success.
