Mr. Riggs hasn't had an easy go of it. He has been looking for an adopter through a rural humane society for months, but he hasn't caught anyone's eye. We're not sure why, he loves to play and snuggle.
We are hoping to bring him to Homeward Trails where he'll meet a whole new pool of adopters and quickly find his forever home. Please help us make this dream a reality for Mr. Riggs!
