Mrs. Brown needs TLC

Poor Mrs. Brown showed up at a Puerto Rican rescue with anaplasmosis, a tick borne disease that causes high fever, lethargy, and swollen painful joints.  Some dogs have seizures and other brain disorders after being diagnosed, while others cry out in pain any time they move their limbs.  Without treatment, Mrs. Brown's future would be unknown.  Homeward Trails knows she is a special girl though and as soon as we heard about her condition, we decided  that we had to save her.  Through all of her medical issues, Mrs. Brown still loves people and dogs alike.  She will be such a joy to a future family, but we still have to get a lot of donations to not only get her up to the DC area from Puerto Rico, but also cover her medical care.  Please sponsor this loving Collie mix and let's give her all the TLC she needs!
