Digs With Dignity

Studio Three is hosting a fundraiser event for Digs with Dignity. This event is a 90-minute fitness class taught by a few of the Studio Three instructors. The ultimate goal is to raise money in order to help transform a home for an individual or family transitioning from homelessness. 

At Digs with Dignity, their mission is to elevate the lives of those transitioning from homelessness by filling their houses with everything that makes a beautiful, dignified home.  They partner with local social service agencies to identify those in need and utilize a warehouse of donated and refurbished furniture and home goods to outfit homes. They work with a variety of individuals and families that may include domestic abuse victims, veterans, those who have experienced a sudden job loss or those dealing with extreme health situations. These individuals/families may not have any furniture or the bare necessities even if they do have a space to call their own. 

It takes roughly $800 (which includes trucks, movers and furniture) to furnish the home for one family. Please join me in helping a family in need!
