Shop With A Bulldawg 2020

Hi guys!!!! Shop with a Bulldawg (SWAB) is a non-profit here at UGA dedicated to serving our surrounding community in Athens-Clarke County. In a normal year, students would come together to shop at an in-person event. However,  due to COVID, our Event Day for 2020 has adapted to a hybrid model to ensure the safety of our community. SWAB and student mentors will collectively raise $100 for a child to shop with during the holiday season.

We believe that our mission is even more important this year as families and children continue to encounter the disproportionate impacts of COVID-19 in Athens. While our event alone cannot tackle the burdens that this pandemic has both created and further deepened, it is more critical than ever that SWAB and UGA join together to celebrate the value of community, the excitement of the holidays, and the children of Athens.

I'm so incredibly thankful for an organization like this. I hope to be able to graduate from UGA and confidently leave this city knowing I was able to make Athens a better place. 

I'm directly responsible for raising $80 by October 23rd. However, I am a college student who is very tight on funds. I would so appreciate any donation to help me raise these $80, so I can buy an Athens-Clarke county kiddo some basic necessities for this winter (warm clothes, toiletries, school supplies) and a few fun holiday gifts as well.
