Hello, my name is Grace Rodgers, and I work as a HR/Programming Assistant and Innovative Youth Advocate at Play Cousins Collective. I chose to work at Play Cousins Collective because I believe in the power of community and the impact we can have when we support one another. Play Cousins Collective's mission to build a village that nurtures, uplifts, and amplifies families truly resonates with me. I wanted to be part of a space that not only provides resources but also creates a sense of belonging and healing. Play Cousins Collective embodies those values, and I knew this was where I could contribute meaningfully to positive change. Knowing my kids are growing up surrounded by love, understanding, and cultural pride is invaluable. I’m proud to be part of a team that creates such a meaningful difference for not only myself, but my family and my community.
