I am raising money for the NCTC High School Play Festival. Help me support theatre students in NC!

$2,800 goal

My connection with NCTC began through the High School Play Festival.  My first show was 1940s Radio Hour at the 1995 High School Play Festival.  In my time, I have been a sound technician, played James Dean, Tom Sawyer, and a snarky kid from 1939 New York.  More recently, I have directed shows, hosted festival sites, and (my favorite) worked as an MC at both Regional and State festivals.  I would not serve in so many roles and so enthusiastically if the High School Play Festival were not valuable.  I see students every year who find their calling, their community, and their place in the world at this event.  When you support the high school play festival, you are supporting the students who are building their confidence, creativity, and compassion through support of each others' work.

To show how much I appreciate your support, I offer you the following incentives for donating at various levels.  Please remember, though, that a donation of any amount is valuable and appreciated.

$25 - Shout out on Facebook and Twitter!

$50 - Video shout out from me on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!

$100 - A gift card from the secret to my morning energy and functionality - Dunkin Donuts!

$250 - Personalized video shout out from Shelby High Theatre students!
