Shaggy (left) and Patches (right) are two absolutely adorable, black/brown/white beagle mix pups that were found outside alone and covered in fleas. These precious pups are only 6 weeks old, making them newborn and unable to get the vet care necessary to prevent illness and death if placed in a shelter environment.
