A heart wrenching picture highlighting the plight of too many stray animals in the Dominican Republic. Luly was spotted as we were driving to a sterilization clinic in March 2019.
She had 10 puppies in need of help and was trying to find food for herself and her offspring. This is why the spay-neuter operatives are SO needed, to prevent dogs like Luly from having puppies on the street again and again.
