Sweet old man Jake needs a new home

This sweetheart Jake has found himself in a shelter after being with a family for 9 years. He is a 9 year old cur mix who is around 40 lbs. He's confused and overwhelmed in the shelter and the shelter staff pleaded with us to help him find a home. How could we say no? 

He has some arthritis in his joints so we want to get him to Homeward Trails ASAP so we can put him on joint meds and have him feeling better ASAP! Please help us get sweet Jake to Homeward Trails where we can make sure he's healthy and happy!
