Oscar used to have a beautiful coat (picture on the left), but he seems to be battling allergies that are making him so itchy he's ripping all of his hair out. A strict diet hasn't helped so now the only way to give him relief is to do allergy testing. We can't imagine how much discomfort he is in. But with your help, hopefully we can get him the answers he needs!
