Otis is in a Lot of Pain

Otis started limping and after a trip to the vet Otis has been diagnosed with very bad hip dysplasia in both hips and needs surgery. He's in so much pain when he walks and has a hard time getting comfortable when sitting or laying down. With so many dogs with orthopedic issues right now, we really need help covering their costs so we can book their surgeries so they can be on the road to recovery and pain-free living. Please help!
