Otis was given up by his owner

Otis is a 7-month-old shepherd mix who had been living with his owner and other dogs in rural Virginia. But for reasons we don't know, his owner decided to surrender a number of dogs to the shelter. Otis is ready to get out of the shelter and start a new life with a family. We know we can find him a forever home, but we could use your help to cover the vetting and transporting costs.
