The Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership, Inc. has been empowering families in Weber County since 1965 through direct services, case management, and community referrals. All programs are designed to assist clients in addressing and overcoming challenges towards self-sufficiency including education, financial literacy, and employment.
The Head Start and Early Head Start programs are comprehensive early childhood education services for children age 0-5, with a holistic approach to health and family.
OWCAP is home to Circles of Weber County, a movement to create a community to end poverty through mentorship and hard work.
