Environmental Education for Everyone!

Throughout my career I’ve become more and more interested in environmental education. I love traveling, camping, hiking, and running around learning about the natural world – but most of our lives are spent in cities and suburbs and I believe our best hope for taking care of our environment is connecting people with the places that they live and helping them notice and appreciate the nature in their own backyards. The Environmental Education Alliance supports this by bringing environmental educators together and providing training and networking opportunities. Supporting the educators that provide environmental education programs brings it into our classrooms and informal learning settings throughout Georgia!
