Richmond Triangle Players (through April Haynes)

The past few months have seen orders that have negatively affected the LGBTQ+ community and the Arts. 

As a reminder, since its inception, Richmond Triangle Players has filled a significant void in our community’s cultural life. RTP is the only professional theatre company in the Richmond area – and the longest continually-operating one in the entire Mid-Atlantic region — which expressly and regularly serves the LGBTQ community. While other local theatres occasionally produce plays with LGBTQ content, only Triangle Players has made an ongoing commitment to LGBTQ artists, issues, audiences and community support.

And we need that support now more than ever. There are fundraising sources we may not have due to changes in policies, and now, more than ever, we need Queer voices in the public square. 

So please, will you donate a minimum of $10 between now and June 30th to help RTP continue to serve the community with the high standard of excellence we do everything with? I swear I'll buy you a coffee or beer or glass of wine or piece of cheese the next time I see you. Call that a bribe? I am 100% okay with that! And also, I'll get to hang out with you. Or not, depending on what you'd prefer.
