Beagle Broken and Hurt

Thor and many other dogs were found in rural VA. It was a horrific scene where they were living outdoors -  found without food or water, suffering from massive tick infestations. One of the dogs had already died from illness. These tragic circumstances that have been thrust upon these dogs is unacceptable, and we must do everything in our power to make sure that Papa Thor and the remaining puppies are taken care of and nursed back to health. Help us make this a reality, and don't let another one of these dogs die from being neglected and mistreated.
