The Park City Ice Miners are dedicated to providing a positive learning experience while challenging the players to grow in every aspect of hockey.   We offer all levels of play for youth ages 18 and under.

We aim to: Develop  character and sportsmanship in all of our players, coaches and parents; Promote physical fitness among our youth in the northern Utah area; Promote, encourage, and improve the standard of amateur ice hockey; and Expand the game of hockey on the Wasatch Back through public awareness.

PCIM was formed in 2007 shortly after the opening of the Park City Ice Arena, our home ice rink located in Park City, Utah.

Funds raised by the Ice Miners pay for things such as:

  • Over 550 hours of ice rental ($210 to $250 per hour)
  • Referees for 120+ games ($60 to $140 for two refs per game.
  • Coaches trining and certification
  • Over 500 hockey pucks at $1 each

PCIM is affiliated with and operates under the guidelines of USA Hockey and the Utah State Amateur Hockey Association (UAHA). Games are conducted according to the rules of USA Hockey and UAHA.
