Patricia's Giving Tuesday Fundraiser

Homeward Trails Animal Rescue is a group close to my heart. It saves the lives of more than 3,200 homeless animals each year, placing them in loving adoptive homes throughout the DMV. Many of these animals have expensive but treatable illnesses and injuries and would face needless euthanasia without their help. During this stressful year, Homeward Trails has worked endlessly to help animals in need, even during the most restricted times. They continued their weekly transports (and actually increased them) as their rural shelter partners had to close and face euthanizing the animals in their care. And to date this year, Homeward Trails has found a way to save more lives than ever. But times have been hard on the group with cancelled events and projects resulting in a loss of $200,000 in revenue. 

Giving Tuesday is the last big fundraising push and will directly impact how they will start 2021. Thousands of animals' lives will depend on them. And without the funding to say YES, many animals simply won't get the chance to live full lives. So please consider a donation of $5 or more today to help them close the funding gap for the animals.
