Rescue's never ending story . . .

This fall Fetching Tails took in a stray young beagle mix not knowing she was expecting.   While the vet was getting ready to spay her, FTF got a phone call that she had 11 pups inside her.    Fast forward to September 8th, Split Pea gave birth to 11 healthy beautiful puppies.   Moments like this are special.  With the many sad cases of abandonment, abuse, neglect, injuries that the miracle of life is like a breath of fresh air. But caring for moms and their pups comes with a high cost of all supplies and the routine medical that they will need.  The average medical cost of each healthy puppy is approximately $350.00.   Medical for this litter alone will be over $3800 not including food, supplies, or their mom's medical needs.   This year adoptions are down, fundraising is down, new fosters have returned to their "normal" lives.     Rescue continues and FTF needs help bouncing back from this years slump.    Please help Fetching Tails continue the mission of helping dogs/puppies like Split Pea and her puppies and the thousands of dogs that are still out there needing rescue.
