We are finishing the beautiful restoration of a 138 year-old opera house. The first floor was completed in 2018 with a $1.8M price tag with flood proofing in place to protect the building for frequent flooding from the Pecatonica River.
The upper level will require an elevator, 8 windows, HVAC system, bathrooms, lighting, sound and seating to finish the restoration.
