Pirate Needs a Life Saving Matey to Save his AYE!

Rough seas is putting it mildly when it comes to describing what sweet Pirate has been through in the last few months. First, he was abandoned and brought to a rural shelter. But he (and we) thought his luck 'o the seas was changin' when he got adopted. Sadly, his adopter did not get him proper vet care when his eye became infected and instead treated him with drops that hurt and inflamed his eye, causing him to screeeech in pain...and her answer was to return him to the shelter.

Now, his eye is so bad and painful it will have to be removed. But a small rural shelter does not have the funds, space or time to deal with that so he was on the euthanasia list - as there were other cats in better condition coming in.

We have 24 hours to save this guy and get him to safe harbors of HT where he can have his surgery and start to count his treasures once and for all.

Pirate simply is out of booty - all 9 lives have been used up and he needs a rescue boat. We are his ONLY OPTION.
