Little Pluto was recently saved from a neglect case when an animal control officer discovered the conditions he was living in. He's at the shelter now, but that's not a permanent solution and Pluto deserves some stability, love, and comfort. We can get him settled in a foster home this weekend if we can meet his sponsorship goal.
