Pluto was found in Puerto Rico days away from starving to death. Luckily someone found him and he started gaining weight. He made his way to Homeward Trails, but now he's dealing with a skin infection and a rotting tooth. This poor boy can't catch a break. It's hard to put on weight when your mouth is killing you.
