These are incredibly difficult times, yet we have received more applications to foster and adopt dogs than I ever dreamed possible in the past month. We need dogs and their unconditional love as much as they need us. I loved seeing this senior dalmatian adopted last week after being saved when her family brought her in to be euthanized . She was in bad shape, but after medical attention and a loving foster home she has found her forever family . This is just one of the wonderful moments I get to experience by being part of Fetching Tails. Our biggest fundraiser of the year was canceled because of the coronavirus, but the dogs in need don’t go away. Even if half of the friends on my list could only give a dollar or share my fundraiser, It would make a huge difference. One night, three hours, rescues all over the country working together. Dogs give us their all and they are voiceless and helpless without us, so now more than ever, it’s All Paws On Deck! If you can help in any way, THANK YOU!! If you can’t, stay safe and stay healthy!
