Premier Academy proudly celebrates 50 years of caring for the world’s most precious jewels. We are proud of our rich history of providing high-quality childcare and family support services since our beginnings in 1971. As we approach this 50 year mark, we do so with humility, gratitude and commitment.   

We are humbled by the almost 600 families we serve each year. They put their trust in us each day and it’s our honor we don’t take lightly. We are humbled by the support of our communities and partners who work side by side with us, ensuring that the needs of every child and every family is met. We have partnered with agencies who share our same commitment to Georgia’s children. These partnerships allow us to expand our services and offer programming that ensures that our families are supported and engaged. While we are humbled by these opportunities, we know that they wouldn’t be possible without the service of others.  

We are grateful for the quality of our staff who gives of their gifts, talents and early childhood knowledge to ensure our children are prepared for success, daily. We are grateful that our staff is led by a team who believes in the power of children. We are grateful for the leadership of our Board of Directors who guides our organizational performance through an effective system of governance and helps to ensure that Premier Academy continues to operate sustainably.  

As we celebrate Premier Academy’s 50th year, we are taking this time to renew our commitment to the children of Atlanta. We renew our commitment to work to close the student achievement gap experienced by low-income and minority children. We remain committed to advancing our work towards closing the 30 million word gap and offering opportunities and exposure that can set our children on the path to greatness. We reaffirm our commitment to ensure that all children have access to a program that is committed to every child’s head start in life. We remain committed in our work to address gaps that cause barriers that hinders children from growing and developing successfully.   We renew our commitment to making progressions in this field and renew our commitment to our stakeholders.
