Family Name: Christmas Star

The Christmas Star family is a wonderful family facing some incredibly difficult challenges. Mrs. Christmas Star is a devoted caregiver doing her best to care for eight children and her niece, all while navigating some very serious medical circumstances. One of her young Christmas Stars has complex medical needs and currently resides in a care facility, where she depends on a ventilator, tracheostomy, and feeding tube. Just recently, this brave young lady experienced a life-threatening medical emergency that nearly took her life. Another one of the young Christmas Stars is living with diabetes, adding to the family's ongoing medical and caregiving responsibilities. Despite the many challenges this family faces, Mrs. Christmas Star continues to do her best to make sure her children are loved and cared for. Let us come together this holiday season to surround the Christmas Star family with love, kindness, and some much-needed Christmas magic! Together, we can help lift their spirits and bring smiles, laughter, and holiday cheer to a family that has been through so much.
