Pluto is trying his hardest to break free from his chains in Puerto Rico. He was found at a "dumping ground" where people go to discard their unwanted pets. Can you believe someplace like this even exists? It is devastating to think about dropping off your dog who depends on you for their whole life and happiness, and just leaving them their to fend for themselves. Despite what an awful situation Pluto was put in, he is still a smiling and happy boy! He loves other dogs and people and with your sponsorship, we can get him to the DC area and find him a home that he will love too!
