Dean isn't sure how he ended up in a shelter. At just 12 weeks old, this puppy had just started to get used to his owner and explore his world. But before he could really settle in, he was abruptly dropped off at a shelter in West Virginia. It's not safe for an energetic and growing puppy to spend his days in a shelter. We need to get Dean into a home, where he can learn and thrive.
