Puppy chained to a trailer is ready to be free

Sometimes it is hard to decide whether to start with the good news or the bad news.  For poor Obie, his life has so far been very bad news.  His owner moved and gave him to a family member.  Only problem with this is that the family member did not want him and left him outside tied up to a trailer.  All day.  Every day.  And to make matters worse, Obie is a puppy and only 5 months old!  Imagine how scared, confused and lonely he was outside alone all the time.  When he arrived at the rural WV shelter, he was so relieved to feel compassion and a roof over his head for the first time ever!  Now is our chance to give him the good news!  Homeward Trails is determined to get this little guy to the area and start his life over again, the way it should have always been.  Please sponsor Obie so he can make a future family as happy as they will make him.
