As a successful leader, my journey of success both challenges and inspires our young women to believe in themselves, their potential to achieve and to overcome obstacles. My story is a fearless example to all young people to create their own stories of accomplishment.
My participation in the Girls to Greatness Teen Summit: Empowered To Lead will be another demonstration of my commitment to improving the lives of others. My presence will be an inspiration to the hundreds of girls and a source of empowerment.
The Girls to Greatness Teen Summit is EmpowHer Institute's signature fundraising event that supports teen girls programs throughout the year. Since their founding in 2003, thousands of girls, who are at risk of dropping out of school have been served. They have been served through educational intervention – tailored programs in the classroom, summer intensives, and real-world experiences.
