Water Angel Ministries is a Christian outreach ministry to the homeless and at-risk in Knoxville. In 2002, Girl Scout troop which consisted of 26 Kindergarten girls, started coming downtown with donated bottled water to hand out in Jesus name to the “least of these”. What started out as a one time mission project, God has expanded into a full time ministry.

This is God’s ministry, open to all denominations to share the love of Christ to all who are hurting, lost, and broken so they may see hope in Him.

There is a community meal every Friday at 5pm. A church services every Sunday at 2pm anyone can come and hear the Word & worship from different area pastors & worship leaders.  The ministry serves  lunch afterwards and receive needed clothing, toiletries, or food.

Water Angel has started a  ministry, Rescue Rejuvenate and Restore,  that reaches out to the at-risk and homeless men and women that want help getting off the streets.  This ministry will  work out placement for addicts, assist  in obtaining state Identification and social security cards, and assist in finding employment and housing.

Every  donation we receive, is given to the homeless, we do not sell anything. 100% of the financial donations we receive go toward operating this ministry and providing the services to assist the homeless into self-sufficiency. This is our way of giving back, and serving God whole-heartedly.
