Why

Ian, Wesley and Graham all benefitted from Kindering's Stepping Stones Program which provides preschool for typically developing toddlers alongside those with special needs.  As each of them graduated from Stepping Stones we walked away with new friends as well as  firsthand experiences of the power of early intervention.

Research shows 85% of brain development occurs from birth to age three.  Kindering provides therapies and special education during this most crucial phase of brain development, when intervention makes the difference between reaching full potential or losing an irreplaceable opportunity.

Kindering supports children with developmental disabilities, delays and risk factors throughout the Puget Sound area. They help children reach their developmental milestones, while also supporting the entire family on the unexpected journey of raising a child with special needs. Kindering provides support, therapies, and education, regardless of a family’s ability to pay for services. The goal of every Kindering program and service is to help children of all abilities reach their fullest potential.

Kindering's annual Salute to Courage Benefit is crucial to raising the funds needed to continue their important work. Join my team to help Kindering reach their goal of $150,000!
