Kirsten's Fundraiser for DAYS Long Beach

DAYS Long Beach continues to fulfill its mission of supporting the physical, mental, and emotional development of children and youth in our community. DAYS has expanded its reach, adapted to changing needs, and deepened its commitment to providing a safe, nurturing environment for every young person served. 

EMPOWERING YOUTH -- Through diverse programs, like Summer Days, leadership workshops, and educational support, DAYS facilitates the development critical skills, knowledge, and opportunities among underresourced children and youth.

STRENGTHENING COMMUNITY -- DAYS has built a network of support in the community and continues to offer innovative programming through efforts that are responsive to community needs, like with the Safe Passage community ambassador program.

PROMOTING EQUITY AND ACCESS -- DAYS remains committed to breaking down barriers to participation by offering all services free of charge and ensuring access to healthy groceries for local families in need. 

DAYS Long Beach continues to build upon its legacy of meeting the needs of the community. Future goals include expanding its outreach to serve more youth, developing new programs that address emerging challenges, and fostering deeper partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community members.
