Please join our team or donate here! At a very uncertain time, the animals still need your help. The world is at a stand still but the Rescue still needs support to continue helping as many animals as possible.

At this time, there is a surge of surrenders due to some victims of these hard times being unable to support their pets. We are taking as many as we can. Most require vetting which we always supply before placing. Vetting includes spay/neutering, vaccinations, grooming and microchipping.

Grateful Rescue is also leading a fight against puppy mills. When we rescue from mills, these dogs need lots of care. We supply it all and rehabilitate these dogs intensively. We show them love and teach them to trust humans again. These dogs come to us having never seen daylight, touched grass, or been outside a small cage.  Never have they felt love or trusted a human. They leave here feeling love and trust and, even though very old, most feel like a puppy, experiencing the joys of life for the first time.
