Rescued From A Horrific Hoarding Situation

Quincy is scared and starving. He has been living in horrific conditions in a hoarder's home.  Surrounded by filth, poor Quincy was desperate for food and water. He slept in feces covered bedding and the air was thick with the smell of urine. It was a terrible way to live. Quincy's luck suddenly turned around and he was moved from the hoarder to a rural WV shelter. Hard to believe that living in a cement dog run is better than where he had lived the past 4 years. Quincy is so nervous to be in the shelter but is trying to be brave. Homeward Trails doesn't want to let him down.
