The DFM helps kids and adults daily with managing diabetes including assistance with getting medication and supplies. Without the help of the community, they would not be able to do what they do. They have personally helped Brianna Wilkes and Landon Carter in many ways and strive to help anyone else in need. Donate and/or walk with us to support the DFM!
