And when our dinner guest says “you” he means YOU - thousands of donors like you who have made it possible for the Friday Night Supper Program (FNSP) to provide a nutritious dinner and a warm welcome to homeless people in Boston for thirty-five years. 

This is important work and it’s only possible because of you. Please make your tax-deductible gift now to help support our Holiday Appeal. We provide food every Friday for around a 100 homeless people- this costs us around $300 so any donation really makes a difference! 

The holidays can be an incredibly difficult time for homeless people. While others are enjoying the company of family and friends, homeless people face a daily struggle just to stay safe and escape the cold. They usually spend most of their time alone. Our weekly hospitality can make a big difference in the quality of their lives and their sense of connection. 

After serving dinner for our guests every Friday night for all these years, on holidays, through snow, storms, and power outages, we have become their friends.  We welcome them, catch up on their week. We provide them with warm coats, socks and boots to help them make it through our harsh winters. Some guests even bring us small gifts at Christmas. 

Tony (pictured above) is one of our friends. He’s been coming to the Friday Night Supper Program every week for nearly two decades. He continues to struggle with challenges, but when he’s among friends at FNSP, he’s always happy and grateful.
